My Q5 developed a noise while driving to Charleston on vacation. Called before we arrived in town. Buddy Baldwin worked to get me squeezed on Friday afternoon with a full schedule until Monday. Upon entering I was greeted immediately by Jim. Deann was very nice and helpful at write up. Facility has a Quattro Cafe with beverages, tv, wifi, and a good selection of magazines.
