I bought my first Audi 9 years ago this month. The A4 was tragically lost last week. I had 127000 or so miles on her. The service department led by Andrew took care of her. I believe she would have lasted for years under their care. Since 2010 core management has been in place since without any turn over, rare. Says a lot about management and owner. These people do not care about their customers. I have tried for over 6 weeks to get a refund for overcharge of service department. Not only have they ignored me but audi USA has no power to get them to do their job. I will be filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau and consumer affairs.
If you like a car brand like Audi, any Audi are equal, what make it different is the dealership taking care of you. Audi Charleston is a great place where management is focused in placing customers first.
We drove from Texas to SC for my Grandmother's funeral and we had a check engine light come on while running errands around town. We called to the closest dealership and was able to get out vehicle diagnosed and fixed within a short time. Luckily it was something minor because we had to make our way back to SA, TX within the next day. Special thanks to Ashby and the service technician for getting our vehicle taken care of at such a short notice!
Have some work ethics....
Terrible service department. Who else has to prepay for service on their luxury vehicle?
