????? DO NOT BUY FROM AUDI GREAT NECK I bought my car from Audi Great Neck and later found out it had an open recall and a broken *** module which is a major safety issue. If I ever got into an accident and passed out, **** wouldnt be able to contact emergency services because the system doesnt work.On top of that, when the *** module is broken, you cant even use Apple CarPlay or Bluetooth, so I cant connect my phone at all no calls, no music, nothing.Ive reached out to the dealership multiple times to get this fixed. I have spent 80,000 dollars with Hiley Volkswagen over the past 5 years. After getting the second car home, we realized that the carpet under the driver and passenger seats were cut. With the seat push all the way back it is very noticeable. The dealership said that they can’t do anything and that the cuts in the carpet is normal. This is a second rate dealership lacking any customer service. I wish I could upload the pictures to show just how bad it looks. Do not buy anything from this dealership.

I began the process of purchasing a used vehicle from **** on August 26, 2025. I completed full payment on September 2, and the dealership received the check from my lender shortly after.Between August 27 and September 2, I was told the car was undergoing maintenance due to a warning light that would prevent it from passing inspection, as well as an open recall. ******** that sell you services and then dont give you a refund when the cars been totaled. They promised time and time again that they would, but give you the run around for multiple years until you finally just give up on it. Ill never do business with them ever again this is predatory behavior towards consumers and I refuse to support companies like this. Thank you for bringing this matter to my attention. This was the best experience **** ever had buying a vehicle. My husband pulled up our trade in value online while our salesman went to run the numbers. He came back with exactly what the blue book value was. No haggling! I cant say enough good things about Tai. He walked us through all of the great features of the new Atlas before and after the sale. I would like to leave a review for the terrible service received from Audi Atlanta. I purchased an RS Etron Gt in Febuary 2023 (worst decision ever). DO NOT PURCHASE AN ELECTRIC VEHICLE FROM ****. This vehicle has had 7 recalls and has been on a tow truck (3) times due to an electrical malfunction that took them (2) months to locate. The dealer told me the battery needs a new Fuel Cell which is on back order and can take 3 months to arrive. I live two hours away from this dealership. Before I went there to purchase the car I wanted, I made sure to confirm the price. When I got there, and started going over financing, I was informed that there was an additional $1798 charge for a protective clearcoat they put on the car. This was not disclosed to me beforehand. When looking over the paperwork, it is listed as an optional extended care. However, they told me that it was not an option I had to pay for it. They are a bunch of scammers!
