Total lack of customer service – Trying to get a live person on the phone in the Service department should be an indication of their total lack of customer service. It doesn't exist. They might call you back if and when it may be convenient for them. Do yourself a huge favor and save your time and money. Go someplace else for any service you need!!!
Slow Service Dept. Took 2 1/2 hours for just an oil change and tire rotation! yikes! – Actually made me consider selling my Audi (which i love) just so i don't have to deal with them anymore!
