I never felt pushed or rushed into making a decision, I went in several times and he worked with me with extreme patience until I made a decision and ordered my car. In the past 2 months we have leased a car for our business and bought a personal vehicle. Both times we worked with John Hinajosa. He is outstanding. Personal, relaxed, accommodating - all the things you want in a salesperson. In 20 years of car buying there has only been one other car dealership/experience that has been pleasant. They just made the experience easy and what you would expect from a luxury car dealership. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and especially John.
Very good dealership! I had such a great sales experience. Krista Grimes (my salesperson) was very knowledgeable and very friendly. I got a good deal on a great car (2015 Audi A3 Prestige Package) with some good help in the process from Douglas Fuller (Finance) too!

Dishonest, even for a dealership – DON'T TRUST THEM. Sales experience was pleasant but the after care has been shocking. It turns out they sold us a car with a patched together exhaust as if it was factory. They failed to register the car at Certified Pre Owned so were charging our extended warranty instead of paying themselves. They make up the same things to repair each time we go in, sometimes the same thing they charges to the warranty 5 months earlier but failed to recognize a known defect with the car so we were drivin... read more
