EVERYONE AT FLETCHER JONES AUDI in Beverly Hills is more than accommodating and helpful. They take your concerns seriously. The service is a bit pricey but they often send out coupons for discounts on many service procedures. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership. I just won't EVER GET ANOTHER AUDI........I do not like the car or the company!
