Car dealers usually are the absolute worst places full of pushy sales people. Kendall Audi turns all of the past experience I have had around and will only purchase cars from them in the future. Curtis Shaw provided my family with understanding, knowledge and support through the process of buying a new Audi and has continued to help in the 6 months after the purchase was complete with everything and anything that we have needed no matter how big the ask. If you are in Oregon you should make the trip to bend to purchase cars from Curtis and the team at Kendall Bend. The time we saved in the process easily covered the roundtrip drive from Portland when we purchased our new allroad in November.

Great car buying experience from start to finish. I visited two other Audi dealers in Oregon to try to close on a deal for a 2017 Q7. The other dealers could not offer a price I felt comfortable accepting. When I visited Audi Bend, Pieter worked very hard to find the Q7 we were looking for and finding a deal we felt met what we expected. We are now enjoying our new purchase and will continue doing business with Audi Bend. Thank you for a great car buying experience.

Got totally screwed by Kendall Audi of Bend. Long story. Horrible experience. They didn't do the right thing and I got stuck with an $1800 bill that should've been $200.
