No customer service. I asked questions and they kept saying they'd get back to me but never did. So I went elsewhere and bought my new vehicle.

Drove all the way up from Klamath Falls to have my new-to-me Audi A6 inspected. Every employee was courteous, helpful, and kind. Not pushy at all. Not only did they offer to wash our vehicle after they worked on it and provided shuttle service throughout the day but they applied a military discount to our service charges. It was our first trip to Audi Bend and they have absolutely earned a repeat customer! I have been to dealers in Klamath falls, Medford, and Bend but this was definitely the best experience. Andy in service department and Kaye in shuttle service were who we worked with the most and they were wonderful!

Wow! Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I found my Audi Q3 online and worked with Ian Smythe from Sacramento. I drove up yesterday in my 2014 Jeep Wrangler that I traded in (very generous trade-in value😁) and drove my beautiful Q3 out the door! Damon and Polly made the transaction seamless, and I couldn’t be happier!

I just purchased a used Audi Q5 from Audi of Bend and it was the most positive car purchasing experiences I've ever had. From the test drive to negotiations up to the vehicle delivery I was treated like a Queen. Trevor and the staff rolled out the red carpet as if I had just purchased the most expensive car on the lot. Their review of the car's features, attention to detail on the items the car needed and follow up for an additional detail has been top notch. I managed the Customer Service offices for Nordstrom and taught the Nordstrom philosophy for over 20 years and they rivaled the Nordstrom experience. I cannot say enough about their service, kindness and knowledge of their brand. I'm a new loyal customer and I encourage you to consider them for your next car purchase.

$700 for service on my Q5 and they can’t even wash your car. What a rip off. Supposedly they took care of the recalls, I doubt they did. Never taking my car here again.
