Faster Service not taking 2 weeks to repair a car, give a loaner during those 2 weeks, and how about a little follow with the customer service folks. Felt like they didnt care and basically overcharged me but at that point i didnt care beucase wanted the car back. Would not buy from that dealership ever again. Very poor !!! They gave me a brown bear cash wash ticket. Are you kidding me !!!

John Bui in the Service department was great. He met me in the service drive as soon as I pulled in. John had a great sense of humor that definitely made my trip into Bellevue during rush hour enjoyable. He offered me coffee then went over any repair costs and showed me to my loaner. I was out of there in 10 minutes. Great experience!
