Great hearing clinic. Joanne is very kind and truly cares for her clients.
I've been taking my mother to Aud-Ability for about two years. It was easy to make the first appointment and to then have ear wax removal and testing before deciding about the best way to address hearing decline. JoAnn's advice on a hearing aid was perfect and it has been working well. Follow-up ear wax removal and assessment has been thorough and appreciated. JoAnn makes hearing care easy! We're lucky to have discovered Aud-Ability
JoAnn Klassen was great. She answered my request of appointment right away and I was able to get the wax removal next day! There is free parking in the facilities (bonus)
JoAnn did an excellent job, very informative and professional. I would definitely recommend anyone having ear related issues to see her.
