Melissa was AMAZING! We went to 5 different places and the service was terrible and the merchandise was not impressionable. We came in to Aucoin Hart exhausted but ready to buy. My husband and I recently had my wedding ring redesigned at Aucoin Hart and I was amazed by the wonderful customer service. We worked with Melissa, and she went above and beyond to make sure everything we wanted was made into a reality. At one point she even let my cry on her shoulder in the middle of the store as we discussed my thoughts and worries for my jewelry they were producing. If you are looking for a jewelry store, trust me you will not find anything better than Aucoin Hart!!

Recently designed and purchased my now fiancé engagement ring from here. With excellent customer service from Audrey Martinez, we were able to combine three different rings into one and design the most beautiful and precious ring i could ever imagine to give to the love of my life. Audrey kept in contact with me throughout the whole designing and making process of the ring. She made the whole process fun and exciting. I will be returning to this amazing store in the near future to purchase our wedding bands.
