Just took my Seiko to Aucoin Hart, to replace a battery and get links removed. They gave me a better price than anywhere else in the city, and I was in and out in 10 minutes. Fantastic service, fantastic customer service - will be returning!
I took my Seiko diver to get the links fixed. A previous jeweler messed up the pins and collars royally. After going to 7 other jewelers, Aucoin Hart was the only place that coulddo what I needed done. Melissa helped me and had the watch repairman fix it for no charge. He lasered the pin and collars on all links to not fall out. In the future, I will use Aucoin Hart.
I couldn't have asked for any other beautiful pieces for my fiance just in time for Christmas. Aucoin Hart made her a very happy woman and we were pleased with everything.
Special thanks to Candice Patterson and Aucoin Hart for their help with a repair to a treasured and valuable family heirloom piece. This is a truly excellent family jeweler, and I highly recommend them.
