We lived there in the 90s. The place had so many possibilities. It was nice and spread out, has all the amenities, but it was for liw-income. People ruined it. The Third World born tenants didn't know or care to take care of it and ruined it. Sadly, management allowed it. They overstuffed washing machines which broke them. I was called by a leasing agent she called me I didn’t call her by the name of Kelsey she said they had a 3 bedroom I said ok I will come fill out paperwork they don’t let you look at the apartment they said they needed my sons income we send it a day later she called me Thursday I went Monday she said oh we rented it they were also rude and I think discriminating because I was Hispanic she called me I didn’t call her and we had sent the information requested she also was nasty a day later I went ohh first come first serve h... read more

Absolutely awful. They love to raise rent but provide no proper maintenance or benefits. The front entrance makes this place look abandoned, they don’t want to replace our stove after telling them multiple times it doesn’t work properly. They only have the stove tops fixed only for it to break down within a week. Pests? There’s plenty of them. Ignorance? There’s plenty of that as well. The landscapers make it worse.
