Every time I’ve had a maintenance request, Jacob has been prompt, professional, and incredibly helpful. He always shows up with a positive attitude, explains what he’s doing, and makes sure everything is fixed properly before he leaves. It’s clear he takes pride in his work, and it really shows in the quality of the service he provides.
