After living on this property for 15 months. I struggle with why they have such good ratings on Google. I put in multiple service orders that were never addressed. I guarantee you the slider doors are still an issue which they have known about since October (to my knowledge). Parking was an issue from day 1 and it took them MONTHS to remove 4 cars that were abandoned there. The neighbors that moved in a few months after I did had 0 consideration for anyone around them which made my life hell. And the office was no help whats... read more
Great community and the management team is awesome! I’ve really enjoyed my time at Auburn Ridge.
Best views in the whole valley!! Candice abd Ashley are always incredibly helpful and Eli is fast and efficient when completing work orders. The property provides peace and solitude, and is smack dab between Glenwood Springs and Carbondale.
No rentes aquí, puros problemas no hay parqueadero si llegas tardes te tienes que meter al monte las lavadoras no sirven se tragan las coras todo es malo las estufas están feas nunca bien. A arreglar lo q está mal pero si son buenos para cobrar la renta hay muchos ratones el basurero siempre está lleno tiran sillones llantas Todo muy mal no rentes aquí hay muchos que se están moviendo
Beware! I was lied to from the start! There is absolutely no parking if you get home late from work. The Apartment was absolutely filthy when I moved in. Nasty reused carpet, every single window and screens destroyed. Filthy stove. Never used stove one time. No hott water for first 3 weeks. Moled and Mice everywhere. Ive only stayed there 36 nights in over 7 months, because absolutely horrible conditions.
