RecommendedI have lived at Auburn Hill Apartments for 1 year now. Hylie Coller, property manager, is very helpful and always there to assist me! Every time I step into the office she and her team (Ashlyn Robbins & Cassandra) greet me with a smile and are super friendly and professional. The maintenance staff goes above and beyond to have issues resolved the same day they are reported or by the next one. The community is well managed, peaceful, quiet and clean. Moved here a year ago and love it here! It’s super close to IUPUI and very close to Avon as well. The staff is very nice and helpful and once maintenance gets a request they always get to it same day. Going to renew my lease here :))
My roommate and I visited and loved it!! The complex was clean and the leading people were very nice! We will hopefully be moving here next fall!
My husband and I just moved in this past October and we love it here. Beautiful location, clean & safe neighborhood to walk in, quiet neighbors, a very prompt maintenance team, and a very friendly staff that worked with us to get us organized and settled when we moved. I'd highly recommend Auburn Hill!
