The apartments and management has improved greatly over the last few years- management team seems to truly care about how they run this complex for the efficiency, esthetic, and maintenance and safety of the property and residents 👍
I'd give the management company a -5 if I could. If you demand that things work in your apartment, like the heater in winter and definitely air conditioning in summer, particularly if you have disabilities that put your health at risk if these things dont work... prepare for be bullied, harassed.... good thing I have ALL the records, documentation....
