I had an appointment and called before my appointment to let them know I would be running late. Offer to reschedule but was told to come in. I get there and the receptionist was friendly but I was then greeted by an elderly brown haired woman. (I wish I would have asked her name but I was overwhelmed with anger.) She was by far the RUDEST person I have ever met. She immediately makes a rude comment about me being late. First thing is a patient should be informed correctly of what charges they will incur instead of receiving a surprise. Very disappointed and if it's not made right will not be returning. And only after the first visit. Will contact the news in Auburn if necessary

Your office and staff was exceptional! The waiting room area was neat. The receptionist greated me with a SMILE and I didn't have to wait, I was called right back. The dental hygentist and the dentist were friendly, yet professional, and both did an excellent job!
I just love this place everyone is always so nice and very helpful drive all the way from Georgia to this dentist office my kids and myself really enjoy all the people that work here
