Going in I wasn't sure they could do price wise for what I wanted. It was busy n kids were enjoying the play area. There was a mom openly nursing her child... I was completely blown away that they treated everyone with complete respect.. your staff really exceeded my expectations..it was a pleasure doing business there.
Waited 15 minutes for a salesman to look at a truck and still no one. So I left. Lost my sale I'll go somewhere else.
This is my second purchase from Aubrey Alexander Toyota and my third new 4-Runner. The trade in was great, the sales team was excellent and the purchase went smoothly meeting my expectations. Also, may I add, that the service department is top notch and I have been using them since August of 2010.

Dutch at Aubrey Alexander did a great job selling me a Toyota Highlander. I contacted him via the internet and he was quick to respond. He didn't hound me and kept in touch. When they sold the vehicle I was interested in, they quickly traded and found me the one I wanted within a day or two and beat both Lewistown and State College in price!
