My car salesman was Chris Shaffer. I went to Aubrey Alexander driving a 2002 beat up Toyota Corolla and left the lot with a brand new 2016 Toyota Corolla the SAME DAY!! Him and his managers got my payment down to a price that was within my comfort level and now I'm a proud owner of a new car. Thanks Chris and the rest of Aubrey Alexander's!
I worked with Todd Newcomer, and he was extremely helpful. I came in with a vehicle I had leased at a different dealership. Todd patiently explained all my options and payment plans. He never pressured me into purchasing a new vehicle, nor did he try to rush me out once I had decided to buy out my leased vehicle. I will definitely be returning to work with Todd when I am ready to purchase my next new vehicle.
Thanks again Kyle Reigel for going above and beyond to help find the perfect vehicle. Would definitely recommend Kyle as a salesman. He was knowledgeable and very helpful. Also took his time with me which means a lot.
Chris Shaffer has to be the best salesman Aubrey Alexander has. Chris was very sensitive to what I wanted. I just didn't want any vehicle. I wanted a special interior and exterior color. Also I wanted a limited trim model. Chris was very pleasant listening to my comments. Chris guided me through the process and I had a very positive pleasant experience. Overall a 5 star rating. I'm looking forward to working with the service people for my routine service and maintenance.

We couldn't be happier w our purchase, best car buying experience ever! saleman Kyle Reigle was very pleasant and easy to work with , he work hard and long into the night to get us into a newer , much nicer vehicle then we even originally wanted, for the payments I wanted and afford w a warranty I couldn't beat.
