Finally a hair salon that is comfortable, does an incredible job styling, and educates its clients through the process. Caitlyn really listened to what I wanted and made it happen. I have long thick hair which if not properly cut can look awful. Needless to say she did an amazing job and I feel so much sexier today. She worked with me to get my bangs exactly how I wanted them and helped teach me a new way to use a curling iron! I have been going to au salon for over 3 years now. Every time I've gotten my hair done there, I have walked out feeling amazing! I always have such a hard time deciding what to do with my hair next because every time I have tried something new they've done an amazing job! Alison is the best! – I was recommended to Alison at Au Salon by a friend of mine, and I couldn't have asked for a better haircut experience! I wanted to donate my long hair to the pantene pro-v beautiful lengths program, so I brought in a few pictures of celebrity cuts that I liked. She managed to cut my hair EXACTLY how I wanted, and also taught me more about my hair than any hair dresser I've ever had. Great Stylists! – I have had great haircuts from several of the stylists at Au Salon and have never been disappointed! When I couldn't get in to see my normal stylist in time for Thanksgiving, I made an appointment with a new girl and actually got the best new cut and style. I had lots of compliments from my visiting family, even though my cut was a new, more daring look for me... I cut it all off! Thanks Au Salon.

Look Great, Feel Great – I used to get nervous about getting a haircut. Since Naomi started cutting my hair, I only look forward to it. She asks great questions and listens to the answers. I walk away with a cut that fits my life so my life doesn't revolve around my hair...my hair revolves around my life. I highly reccomend her to the stylist-shy woman. She's made me love my hair.

Best Hair Ever! – I went to Au salon in September of 2004 and walked out of there with the best hair cut that I have ever had. I live in San Diego California and I come up to Portland to get my hair done by Amy. Thank you Amy for the best hair cut that I've ever had.

I Love Au Salon – I have been going to Au Salon since the day it opened and I have always walked out happy. The staff is very skilled and very friendly. Going to this salon is an experience you won't have anywhere else in Portland. They are constantly improving their skills through new techniques - education is obviously very important there.
