Beware! I came here because of all the 5 star reviews and my experience was definitely not that. Shannon is very friendly but the piercing experience was not pleasant. I came here with my sister and we both had a bad experience. I had to get my septum pierced twice because the first time was crooked. She did offer me a free cleaning spray which was fine. One of my sisters piercing was completely messed up crooked. My sister messaged her and she offered to repierce her for free but she doesn’t feel comfortable going back. So ... read more

Came to Shannon to get my septum pierced and then again a month later to get my navel and she did an incredible job with both of them! With her aftercare routine I haven’t had an issues with either of my piercings and will most definitely be going back to her for more in the future!

So many things to say. First, she was very friendly and talked me through everything. The actual piercing experience itself was great. But the issues come from her piercing my snakebites with rings. I got them done a week ago and there is already tearing, the rings were too small for the swelling. So painful. I had to go to Icon to get them switched to studs and the piercer there said she fixes piercings done at this business pretty often. I went to get my belly piercing done and I really loved the experience! It didn’t feel like anything and Shannon was super nice and conversational, she was very gentle and specific with instructions, definitely will be coming back for any other piercings!!
