May 16, 2026 Hello, I brought in 2 watches to have the 2 crystals replaced. They said it would take about a week but I didn't receive the watches back for 3 full weeks. They replaced only one (1) crystal on the Seiko watch, but the other watch - a Longines was sent back to me with the SAME CLOUDY CRYSTAL that you couldn't see through because it was so cloudy it was difficult to even see the hands! I was charged $233 which was somewhat high for 2 crystals but I paid this before they agreed to send the 2 watches back to me. Th... read more
