This property management company does not clean houses properly and fails to communicate clearly with tenants. They charged cleaning expenses without providing any proof or informing me in advance. When the tenant disputed the charge and threatened legal action, I had to pay the entire amount out of my own pocket, including the cleaning fee that the company claimed they handled. Brandon, Justin and the whole team at ATX Property Management have been simply amazing helping us in every step of the way when we decided to rent our beloved home this past summer. They took the time to come and meet with us, answer all our questions (and we had a lot) walking us through the process of renting and making the house ready. They communicate efficiently and every month they keep us updated on everything. Highly recommend them.
