If I could give zero stars, I would. Working with ATX Property Management - especially Brandon - was *the* most frustrating experiences I’ve had with a property manager. Communication was curt and unhelpful - plus a transactional, dismissive attitude the entire year. After move-out, they withheld over half of our deposit using fabricated charges and exaggerated fees. Liars. All of them. Upon move in they stated that they would cut the grass and trim bushes first time and then we were to keep up with the landscaping maintenance. They sent a kid over with a lawnmower but did not trim any bushes. We are paying top dollar for this residence and we entertain many of our business investors. The bushes were growing into each other and they looked like one bush. Not acceptable. No one ever come by to trim them. The worst rental company ever there trying to screw me out of thousands of dollars. Make sure you read your lease in detail. They will try to screw you. Good thing I read my lease .
Terrible Maintenance and Management – Avoid ATX Management! If I could give zero stars, I would. ATX Management is completely negligent when it comes to handling maintenance issues. We’ve had multiple serious problems—flooding, ant infestations, and most recently, a backed-up septic system with sewage coming out of our showers and tubs.
