We are ver disappointed with Atwood. We were involved in an accident and our camper jacks were damaged. We called and ordered the jacks from Hilltop RV and were told they would be in this Monday or Tuesday. Today I find out it won't be until next week. A very disappointed customer due to the fact we were on our way to Alaska for our 25th anniversary.
I purchased a brand new 2014 Keystone Travel Trailer with the new Atwood Helium refrigerator. I have tried to use the camper 3 times and the refrigerator has failed all three times. Each time something different failed. These things can happen however it is the absolute disregard for the customer that is upsetting. After 3 repairs I want a new refrigerator however all I get is stonewalling and excuses.
