I have a gas hotwater tank on my Piece of Crap 2018 Coleman from RV World. One month past two years it suddenly DIES, in the middle of a trip. Go to be, have plenty of hot water, wake up in the morning, dead tank. Cannot get help from anyone and cannot contact Atwood to even find out what needs replacing. Thanks for nothing!
I bought a new 2018 Freedom Elite 13 months ago. I've used it 3 times in a year. My last time camping I had to buy a $277 controller for my hot water heater. I've learned it's a common problem for the circuit board to fail. I question the quality of the parts used. I will be writing the company about the problem and returning the old part. Not a happy camper.
They are less than helpful in making repairs to their products. Our product hasn't worked properly since it was installed. I wouldn't recommend their products to Satan!!!
I have a 4 yr old atwood tankless that no longer works because of a defective $18 eco reset switch that is no longer available ANYWHERE. I now have to buy a new water heater, and it won't be an atwood because at atwood, 4 yrs old means obsolete. I am posting on all rv websites.
This is my 3rd time having auto ignition water heaters in 2 campers. The pic boards are junk. My new camper has one and the board is burned up on the ignition circuit.
they have no support at all will not buy an atwood product ever again
I'm so sick of this Atwood tankless water heater we bought a 2016 Bayhill and have had this water heater replaced 3 times and now the water will not get hot it's barely piss lukewarm. I have trouble shooter EVERYTHING that was suggested by Atwood and still NOTHING. I live full time in my rig. You guys are HORRIBLE!
