I have been to all of Neds locations and I have to say that the customer service at the Canton location had to be the worst. I walked into a pretty empty location and still had to wait almost 10 minutes before even getting a menu. Then once I placed my order I was given the wrong soup. Think I will stick to the Belveder Sq location.
I was just at Atwater's in Canton with my two littles, one of which just came from the doctor with a rash from an allergic reaction to something and every single person working there bent over backwards to make our experience great. They totally helped a busy mama out by holding the door for me and giving my sweet girl a treat on her way out too. I'll absolutely recommend this place to everyone!!! Thanks for making our day brighter!
This place has on my very first trip managed to set a new high water mark for what a restaurant experience should be like. All of the food was excellent and the service was inspired.
I was in this afternoon, the place is gorgeous!! Soup, amazing as always, thank you, real latte in a real mug...wow a ceramic mug, when you have time to sit its always nice to not drink from a paper cup. Friendly and attentive makes all the difference. Thank you
