Set an appointment with the owner Jodi 5 days ahead. She named the time of 1:30. I moved my schedule around to accommodate (remember that I'm the client). 30 minutes beforehand, she texts me to push me off on another stylist. I reply no, I want her to cut my hair. At the scheduled time I walk in and she tells me she can't get me in today. I replied, so you don't want to cut my hair.
