Todd Rokita and his staff are beyond incompetent in their ability to represent Hoosiers and keep Hoosiers safe from illegal business tactics. Keep records of all communication with this office. Avoid serving in the Indiana National Guard. After risking my life in war and suffering injuries, I turned to the Attorney General's office for help with a serious issue. Todd Rokita and his team showed nothing but indifference, dismissing me without any support.
They will do absolutely nothing to help you theyll tell you to file complaint that they will do nothing about, its going on 3 years since I was scammed by shady solar panel dealer that went out of business Ive been making payments on a loan for system that dont even work cause if not theyll destroy my credit you know big business has an outlet for default they can ruin you, but you as consumer have 0 outlets just can file useless complaints and I still not even got a call or follow up from AG total waste of time
