As a caregiver I really love this retirement apt ! I hv not clue about the price , but I’m sure it isn’t cheap ! It’s a safe , friendly environment! All the residents are super friendly and treat me so nice !! My clients love living here and feel safe , and close to family !! The only issue I hv is I wish they had doggy poop spots ! With a trash can and bags !! That would be awesome , especially for seniors who might hv mobility issues ! The other issue is trash ! They hv to walk the trash way out to the dumpster!! Stopped by to see the new clubhouse and was quite impressed.
I am at this time very pleased with what is happening at Attiva Lewisville. We have an excellent staff that does a good job for the company and is very easy to talk to and cares about the well being of the residents
This apartment complex has been under construction for over a year. They have the residents eating/playing cards etc. in a closed in flithy garage. They have raised everyone's rent up to $500 more a month. Needless to say these are elderly on fixed income. They have bullied and harassed those tenents who signed leases for life that state their rent will never increase. I would not recommend this apartment to my worst enemy much less a loved one. Cortland partners (owners) should be ashamed.
Lived here for 8 years. still paying $1475/month. Will not let me pay less. Just a mess around here. colors are not for seniors!! Not anything like the previous office managers (who were family to us) - which made Franklyn Park unique!! It's the people who make us ...not the people in the Office..(Attiva Lewisville)
This complex has been under remodel construction for a year - the main building with common areas has not been available to the residence. People are moving out at high number due to a very large rate increase, continuous construction and mess, very limited activities or space to conduct them and no availability of management. I would not recommend it for any senior citizen.
