attiva Lewisville I love it here I've been here almost nine years and the people and staff are wonderful especially Laquita and Jerome are so helpful and anything and everything the whole staff tries us tries to make things easy for us during this time that we're all stuck in our Apartments I wouldn't want to go want to go anywhere else
We have a wonderful time at Attiva. Everyone is very caring and friendly. We have a bus driver that takes us on mini shopping and grocery trips. Fun is to be had by all residents!! Love it here!!
The residents and the management are super friendly and gracious. For those who need transportation and like social bus trips, there is plenty to do. The grounds are very pretty.
I lease a room for Myofascial Release, a massage techquenic, from Attiva. The building is very clean, the Staff are friendly, helpful and compassionate. The residents are kind, friendly and very helpful. This is one of the best Active Resident Complexs I have seen. Stop by and check it out, it is a wonderful facility with a great location.

I have lived here 2 years and have been very happy with my apartment. When ever there has been a need for something to be repaired the maintenance people are here quickly to take care of it. I like the fact that there are activities planned if you enjoy doing things with neighbors or you can join only when you desire. The grounds are maintained weekly and all area are well taken care of. I recommend to anyone that wants independent living!
I enjoy my Attiva home because it provides a comfortable living environment, that is conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and services. However, the best part of living at Attiva are the friendly, caring people who live here.
I have been here just about a year and I’m very happy with the staff who are very helpful when you need something or questions or anything. The property is very well taken care of and Jenelle and her staff are very thoughtful considerate people I find I can’t say enough good about them and my living experience here.
