RecommendedEven during this virus and stay at home orders, Attiva Apartments have continually reached out to the residents whether it was a parade or leaving goodies on our doors like bingo sheets and a bag with goodies. Nice to feel cared about.
The location is very good. It is very convenient to grocery stores, shopping centers, doctors offices, hospitals, and all other medical needs. The buildings and grounds are attractive and well maintained. The cost rent is very reasonable. We have an excellent staff that cares about the well being of the residents. The staff has done an outstanding job of helping keep us all safe from exposure to the coronavirus. I recommend Attiva Lewisville to anyone looking for a place to retire.
Wonderful place to live! been here 3 months and and already loving life in a smaller, fun place! management are so nice. helpful and have fun activities (when allowed). Even have a beauty salon for your hair and a nail tech for your nails. I recommend to seniors for sure! So glad we found Attiva Lewisville!
Enjoyed the trip to fireman’s museum in Denton on Saturday the 1st of feb would of never gone on my own very enjoyable and educational afternoon Nick did a super job

I moved Attiva in late June. As with every move, we had some bumps in the road. Janelle made sure everything pertaining to my move was attended. The staff are all friendly and so are the hairdresser and massage lady. There are great opportunities for supervised exercise classes, resident led activities, and staff planned activities both on and off the campus. I'm glad I moved here. It feels like home with some extra amenities.
Not for anyone who is on a fixed income, more like a High paying career people, claims the Rent went up a Whopping $500.00 even with a lease set for Elderly that the Rent would Not Increase but it did & put the Elderly in debt & worry for a New lower paying home, Very deceitful .. Be Aware ...
