Highly recommend Attic Heroes and Fidel’s team. What really stood out to me was that the owner himself came out and was incredibly thorough. While rodent-proofing our house, Fidel noticed a few vents from a past remodel that were never properly connected to the roof, something two other inspectors had completely missed over the years. I worked with Fidel at Attic Heroes to clean out our house's crawl space--take out damaged insulation and any leftover construction trash, rehang fallen insulation, strap up all insulation, open up the vents which had been blocked by fallen insulation, seal off all openings around plumbing, and put down a vapor barrier. I HIGHLY recommend Attic Heroes! I worked with Fidel to get set up with a quote - he was out quickly and got us a VERY reasonable quote compared to other companies we had out previously. He took time to explain the process with me and go over the recommendations he had for our attic situation, and let me tell you - it was horrible in there. My experience was 7 stars. I got several quotes, but chose them because they made a strong first impression, both professional, reasonable and personable. My attic was in terrible condition due to a severe rat infestation from the house being vacant for a while. It was honestly horrifying, but they completely took the stress off my shoulders and handled everything with care.
