This company does not care about their elderly clients nor the employees. There have been several times where I called about a patients needs and was completely ignored, they don’t provide employees with important information about the patients care and can lead to serious injury, illness or even death. Attentive home care only cares about making as much money as possible and will go any lengths to get it! Please do not trust your loved ones with this company they are corrupt as they get.
They take all your personal information for employment and then never get back to you, they take weeks to do reference checks and Esther the lady in the office has no time management skills because you don’t just leave people hanging. They have copies of everything my social security card, and drivers license and never even got back to me to tell me hey, you didn’t get hired. Nothing just ignored.
The staff at Attentive Home Care have an insurmountable lack of privacy for its employees. This company lacks empathy for its employees, they pry into employees personal affairs and are one of the lowest paid caregiver agencies. I do not recommend working here.
