I travel to Albany from schenectady took a 40$ cab to my client house a different aide there and I had to leave and never got paid for a show up and when I put my time slip in and went to pick my check up the next week they never pay me and now they can’t find the time slip then I had another client I travel to waterlivet too just to find out I’m. Not her aide anymore and no one call to refer me or tell me anything I had to call them like this place is so unprofessional 💯

not only have I worked for Attentive for 10 years and am truly grateful to be employed by such an amazing caring group of people, it's really like a family. I also use Attentive for my father in-law. He has had the same aide for several years now and would be lost without her.
I have been working with Attentive Care for a year now and today they showed their true colors. I had an emergency situation with a client and after contacting emergency services I contacted my supervisor as per protocol. I believe it was Alicia I spoke to and after taking my information she asked me to call back when the EMT's arrived. I called back and Alicia stayed on the phone with me for both office and moral support. I even received a call a few hours later to see if I was ok, no other job has ever done this. I had been with Attentive Care for about over. 5 years now I trained. as a PCA and after 3 years I was up graded to. HHA. I enjoy my Job. and I will recomend any one to work for Atttentive ❤ Care
