Great service and fantastic hospitality, my move in was smooth and easy. Miss Myeshia is very kind and helpful made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Miss Tameka is very patient and helpful made the process run smoothly, definitely a place to think about if you're looking for an apartment.
Ya’ll can we talk about the amenities?! AMAZING!!!! Cannot wait for the summer with this gorgeous pool, but for now definitely enjoying the convenience of the pet-grooming station with all this rain we’ve been having. Plus Ms. Temeka in the office is just the absolute sweetest!
Truly such a bad experience here. First, one of my roommates car got stolen out of the garage. Don’t know who did it but the car was found at a random house the next morning all messed up and things were stolen. When I spoke to the building manager to investigate the matter, they pretty much turned the situation away and said there wasn’t much they could do about it. Moved in a few days ago, I had a couple issues getting everything ready before the move in. Fortunately, when I got here the lady helping me was amazing and helped me through it quickly and within half an hour I was already in my new home. I was beyond impressed of the cleanliness and amenities provided by this complex. The apartment was cozy, and came with no issues. I’ve been living at Attain Downtown for a short time, and overall it’s been a great experience. The amenities and apartment styles are definitely 5-star — modern layouts, quality finishes, and a wide range of community features that really make it feel like a luxury living space. The only downside is related to the location and some residents not being responsible with their pets. Unfortunately, one of the building entrances often has a lingering urine smell because people don’t properly control or clean up after their dogs.... read more
