Hello, I moved out of my apartment on May 22, and the security deposit check, which was issued on May 27, still has not reached me, even though more than 45 days have passed. Wade was the absolute best, and was such a help at this property!
I had an appointment for a tour and when I arrived nobody was even there. Someone opened the door to the lobby for me and there was broken glass all over the entry way. Before leaving i used the community restrooms and they looked like they hadn't been cleaned in a month, with piss, 💩, and hair all over the seat. Utterly disgusting
Don’t be misled by the reviews. It’s been two months since I moved out, and I still haven’t received my security deposit. They told me there was a legal 45-day waiting period, so I waited the full 45 days. After that, they continued to delay the payment with various excuses.
