Bill did a great job. Mike provided excellent response time and kept us up to date on estimated time of arrival. Bill processed the situation to use the old pump as much as possible, moved the existing standing water to the pump well. He explained what was happening and how to resolve. He explained how to complete the drying out of the basement and potential ways to keep the issue from occurring again. Thank you for the great response and quick resolution.
