Treated very poorly at corporate store on York st. Having issues with my I phone, granted I'm very tech illiterate but I don't expect to be treated as an inconvenience. Was waited on by a 20 something year old that was very impatient and rude! Literally spent 20 seconds with me and "dismissed " me and my issues with my phone. Left very upset, drove to att store on Shawnee and received "service with a smile"! So will never go to corporate store again.
They continually either misquote prices or screw up the billing! Sick of it!
The service was horrible. It started off ok with the rep that signed us in but We ended up leaving because the rep that was helping us didn't know the prices of the phones & acted like she had better things to do. You would think that if you get paid commission on your sales that you would be eager to sell something. I do not recommend doing business at this store.
