bought a phone from the store on York street the day I got the phone during outgoing calls the screen changes colors and has problems also the screen has a crack from the factory i don't suggest doing business with this particular store they tell you about how much of a warranty you have in reality they are just out to get you we have called at&t we have done everything now we are stuck with a broken phone sorry way to do business

Had great customer service! Dalton and his manager paid attention to all of our needs despite being swamped with customers.
First off want to state that I’m a 20 year customer soon to be ex. Went to this store, which I’ve never had to go before about a problem of being WRONGLY charged for activation fees for watches. Was told nothing they could do even though I HAD A CONTRACT THAT STATED NO ACTIVATION FEES! “Call the retention department and deal with them”. What is the store for??? At&t’s customer service online and at this store is horrible!
I heard about the movie posters on facebook. My friend and I drove to the at&t store on York and the guy there gave us one of each they had. Really made my day and made my kids happy. Thank u again to the guy w the glasses, forgot to get his name.
