In order to say this I have to give a star but n reality u should get less then none...I have been an art&t customer for 15+ yrs.. Eveytime I come n the store for my phone u say u can never fix the problem I have to buy a new one...well this time I wasn't going for that I took my phone to a cell phone discount place an the guy went nto the computer an reset my phone ...now it's working...when I do have to buy a new phone it will not be with u!!!!!!! I called to see if you offered service in my area and you guess an address, generate an account with my information and mail bills to the wrong address and then send it to collections???!!! You are a bunch of crooked worms and I will go broke paying a lawyer before I send you one penny for "service" and you've never set foot in my yard!!!
