Will not be using ATT in the future. My fiancée moved to a new apartment and set up an appointment to transfer his wifi and have the new modem installed. They tell him to be there Wednesday from 8-12, so he takes off work. No one shows up. He calls and they say they have the wrong phone number written down, so they couldn't reach him. It took 3 hours to be waited on. Two blonde girls came in with an appointment. No problem with that. But it only takes one csr to handle a set of customers, not two csr's when we are sitting one table away, still on the waiting list and one of them is a manager just observing the transaction between the other csr and the two young girls.
