I have had nothing but problems with this AT&T store, I love my att service but when it comes to customer service, this has been the worst i have seen. The manager is clueless to how to treat a customer, The store sold me a bent Iphone, ( the apple store in Tulsa has had two cases similar to this one) My bill is always over 300.00 with no explanation, when I went in to talk to them about it they were more worried about talking amongst themselves then fix my problem.
