Will Not Return Here! Travis greeted me at the door and I told him I was having trouble making and receiving calls with my phone. He started tapping the keys and said I must have blocked the number I was calling or settings need to be reset. I am pretty tech-savvy so I did not think that was the problem but he called my phone and it worked. When I got home I still could not make or receive calls. Terrible customer service!
My husband went in to get me a phone for Christmas. They promised him my phone wouldn’t be messed up that we could activate on Christmas. Well they lied. My phone won’t work. Called the store back and no one will answer. Called customer service. They say they will turn the phone back on but it’s been almost 2 hours and nothing.. Horrible customer service!!!
Customer Service is a joke here, they open at 10a.m. they opened at 10: 02 while 8 people stood out front. They took your name and you sat and waited while a tech and trainee were watching the door, when one tech finished with a customer, they stood like zombies, knowing there were 6 other people waiting. it was 45 min before the ones watching the door decided they should help people. n.No wonder AT&T loses so many customers. RecommendedWhile it took us longer than expected and the customer support over the phone seemed to not know what was needed the staff in the store was absolutely amazing and helpful and worked hard to help us get what we needed! Kim, Josh, Jeremy, Emily, Zachary, Caleb, and Jacob were all awesome and friendly. After 2 1/2 hours I know Jacob is a numbers guy, likes accounting, Zachary has a brother who was a Marine, Josh was a Marine, Caleb is the sole sooner fan of the Stillwater branch, and I know Emily’s mother’s name.
