There are 2 people there that are really amazing and helpful. The lady few times I have been in we were helped immediately and were not rushed. I was actually gonna get a galaxy s6 but they were telling me about the LG g4 but in no way pushed me in one direction or the other. I went with the LG g4 and love it.
Really good store and people. Get what you need done and out the door.
The customer service at the Jeff City location is phenomenal. They have always corrected any issues we've had (even found one we didn't know about that another store had caused), and helped us get the most out of our plan for the least amount of money. During the afternoon/evenings, as well as on the weekends, your wait time is pretty much guaranteed to be a LONG time. They don't rush the customer they're with, and that can draw things out.
