I’ve had issues with AT&T since July! I went to the Fulton store to upgrade my phone. I wanted an IPhone 11 Max. The girl said if I got an IPhone 11 then it would only be $300 so I agreed and said that was fine. She kept trying to push me opening a new line the whole time and I refused because it’s just me on my account. Left with a brand new phone she said when I left I would have to call customer service to transfer my insurance from my old phone to my new one. First red flag! The manager at the Jefferson City, Mo was not helpful on combining accounts. He refused to call the call center to gather more information on how to add a number to my account that had been released to be added. When I told him to cancel my account, he refused.
Very nice associate, friendly, knowledgeable and quick.
Worse ever!!! Liars!!!! Tell you bill is this then change it three times . Won't stand up and admit to errors.
Worst customer service had to make two return trips and still ended up having to cancel everything
I've had great luck with AT&T in the past, however since Elisha at the Wildwood location added a phone line to our account it has been a billing disaster. Nothing that she told me when she sold me the plan has been true. She knowingly sold us a plan that was not what she said it was. At the time that she printed out the paperwork she acknowledged it and said it was because of a promotional period and that it would all be corrected in a billing cycle or two. I've always had good experiences with AT&T, but this location is an absolute customer service nightmare. Upon a billing mix-up, the store manager Christian proceeded to laugh in my mom's face and say that it "wasn't his problem". According to Google reviews, this disrespect towards customers has happened repeatedly in the past with zero consequences. This location is unprofessional and unacceptable. Take your business elsewhere!
