The Jefferson City AT&T Store. Flat down the worst customer service in Jefferson City, Mo. Be ready to wait a long time and if you aren't buying it's worse. I've been in its store 4 times and left unserviced, unsatisfied, frustrated, and swearing never to return to this location. Only to travel to the Lake of the Ozarks AT&T and receive tremendous customer service. Is retaining At&T as a carrier worth he 35 minute drive. not likely Doesn't deserve a star

We had a very costly mix up on our bill but thanks to Dani working so hard to fix this issue and consulting with the store manager, Tim, who was also great, the issue was fixed. Dani and Tim are excellent at what they do and truly care about their customers. This situation made me proud to be an AT&T customer since 2001!!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! After talking to technical support they asked me to stop at store because my phone is being charged data when I am on wifi with wifi assist off after doing a recent update so they can look over my settings. Go to store tell them technical support has helped me and made notes on my account but they do not take the time to look at the notes verily checks my settings and tells me their is nothing they see wrong and my phone is over a year old so Apple is not going to do anything either without even taking the ... read more

I had to go in there to replace daughter's phone and clear up some account issues. We were in there 3 hours but the representative that assisted us was excellent. He was so personable, patient and had a great sense of humor. It's representatives like him that reaffirm my decision to remain with AT&T. Great job Bo. Keep up the good work. I hope your supervisors acknowledge what an asset you are to their company.

I went into the Wildwood store on Tues. asking for help with my service and account. What I received was an open phone line to call customer service and TALK TO THEM MYSELF!!!! I went into the store for HELP!!!! I didn't ask to use the phone!!! Talk about complete laziness!!! I will be switching from this nightmare ASAP!!!!!!!!
