Terrible customer service. We arrived at 9:15 and waited approximately 15 minutes and no one ever spoke to us. Only two employees were working and neither acknowledged us nor anyone else that came came in after us.
RecommendedRep help someone before me. Missed. Comes and gets me started then leaves! I’m stuck! Second person left to help someone and still not back! Atrocious service! Had to come second day! Unbelievable!
Worst customer service ever! Tried to get help returning an item that I’ve had for over 2 months and they did nothing to try and help. I spent hours on end for two months on the phone with ATT and kept waits for my return box and it never showed up. So I decided to go to the store and get their help and they are just as useless as the people on the phone. Verizon is starting to look really good!
Lets see.. lied about fees... still owe me a samsung tv from a year ago...internet sucks and drops towers..... deuce
