I’ve had issues with AT&T since July! I went to the Fulton store to upgrade my phone. I wanted an IPhone 11 Max. The girl said if I got an IPhone 11 then it would only be $300 so I agreed and said that was fine. She kept trying to push me opening a new line the whole time and I refused because it’s just me on my account. Left with a brand new phone she said when I left I would have to call customer service to transfer my insurance from my old phone to my new one. First red flag! I received my next bill and it was $270! Mind ... read more

First, this is the only option in Williston as far as a store. Second, If you need to use the restroom as a paying customer they will NOT let you. I have been to different stores in different states and never had this experience. I had to drive to a gas station to go pee: 🙄🙄🙄

Brand new customer to AT&T. Transferred 4 lines over yesterday December 6, 2020. I was planning on doing this online since I am 8 months pregnant but thought it may be easier to port everything over by going into the store. I had a great experience with the rep until I left and realized I never received an email of my receipt for my payment for the new phones. att says you need an appointment and then you get here and the guy said it didnt matter if you have an appointment, you have to wait for others who got here first, which would be fine but why wait 3 days for and available appt just so it doesnt matter if you have one or not. also the guy that "helped " us didn't know what he was talking about. he said we can only get what we needed over the phone even tho several cs reps told us we needed to go in the store.
