It was okay, until I got home and discovered the sales person didn't activate the phone.
So apparently AT&T thinks it's okay to STEAL $200 from their CUSTOMERS and REFUSE pay it back, in fact they just want to credit my account and tell me to just not pay my bill for a few months? Okay so let me tell that to my gas tank���
AT&T Uverse is worthless! My service is suppose to be disconnected on September 8th and instead they disconnected it August 30th. When we call to find out why they said they need to run a credit check to reconnect our service. Why should they need to run a credit check just to fix their screw up. Needless to say we told them to shove it! It was horrible service to start with, AT&T Uverse you suck!!!
I have never been treated so poorly! Customer service told us to go to the store and give them a code to have the phone unlocked. Well thought that would be an easy fix. Thought wrong! We were not allowed to speak cut off mid sentence and the manager Chang Lee yelling at my wife telling us we could be physically removed from the store and to take our business and go else where!
