POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE My husband went into this location to remove his number off my account, Brad CANCELED My account in Error as they say. I’m very confused with how this could happen when I went to this location 2 days prior to place a note on the account. They do not listen to their customers! Did not want to give me the phone I wanted. Kept telling me to wait till Friday for some other new phone coming out. I told the sales rep I’m having issues with my current phone and that I need a new one today. I wasn’t worried about the newest phone coming out. These idiots cut my prepaid service off two weeks early cause I refused to pay for a following month cause of their crappy service. So I kept their equipment and let my account go to collections and only paid 80 of a 500 dollar bill cause of the equipment 🖕
This store is terrible !! Have exchanged my charger out several times because they are Apparently made poorly, just replaced my phone to a Samsung 8+ a few months ago and charger went out already and the some what store manager SOUK argued with me telling me I needed to go to Samsung!! Super CORPORATE location...Jacob Mireles along with the manager, Debbie worked diligently to help straighten out what another "authorized" retail store didn't want to do for me. Ask when you go in a store...corporate was definitely more interested in making things right. Thank you Jacob and Debbie!
It sucks. Poor service last 7 months. Internet stopped working sat morning, someone was suppose to come out this morning. They came & left- I never saw anyone, still not working. Now I have to wait again. I should have switched company's sat, when it went out. Poor customer service
