I went in because my phone wouldn't turn on and they don't even bother checking the thing. They just direct me straight to the phone so I can talk to the warranty folks. Even when I got on the phone the lady was baffled they didn't check it and they wanted me to drive to Austin to replace my phone. I went to Battery Plus in Harker Heights and it turns out it was only the battery.
